Shipping information
-Your orders will be shipped within 5 business days once the order being received and confirmed.
-If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, your order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.
-For customs made order with be after 20-25 business days to be send out
-Orders are collected to be shipped shipped out every Friday (in Hong Kong time).
-Tracking numbers are provided through shipping confirmation emails.
-Only surface mail service is available for most of the destination right now, which will take 45-70 working days to arrive.
-Due to the COVID-19, the air mail service has been limited except below destinations*.
-Please let us know if you would like to wait until the air mail service re-open, or to ship immediately with surface mail before checkout.

-The product will ship by Hong Kong Post registered package.

-For Asian countries, it takes 7-15 working days to arrive.
-For other countries, it takes 10-25 working days to arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy
In case you receive damaged or faulty item(s), please contact us immediately at [email protected]
with your order number and a photograph to illustrate the problem so that we can resolve, confirm the
fault and replace your item(s).
Return request must be raised via email within 7 days after you received the order.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s).
Only item(s) of the same category will be eligible for an exchange.
If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are transferred back to the original form of payment and will be processed within 5-10 working days
of cancellation.
Item(s) can be exchanged once only.
